Welcome Thanks for visiting our web page. Let me tell you a bit about what you will find. I am writing a book about abused children. I worked as a licensor for a child care council and due to the inactivity of the child care provider and several others, a three-year-old boy name Xavier died. This raised my awareness of the topic of child abuse and it seems like every day since, I have heard of another child who dies at the hands of his/her caregivers from neglect and abuse.
